Give the Gift of Care for the Mother

When a new baby arrives, everyone wants to hold the baby.
But who is holding the mother?

One of the most meaningful gifts you can give a new mom is not another onesie or toy - it is rest. It is nourishment. It is calm. It is care.

A postpartum doula provides hands-on, practical support so the mother can recover, bond, and regain her strength. While she sleeps, showers, or simply takes a quiet moment, I care for the baby and gently tend to the home - washing dishes, folding laundry, preparing simple meals, and helping the household find its rhythm.

This gift says:
You deserve to be cared for, too.

Flexible Support During the First Six Months

These hours may be used anytime within baby’s first six months of life.

Every mother’s needs are different:

  • Some love support right after coming home from the hospital.

  • Some prefer help once visiting family members have returned home.

  • Others find it most helpful when they or their partner return to work and the transition feels overwhelming.

Your gift allows her to choose the timing that feels right.

My Availability

My specialty is early morning visits — offering “Back-to-Bed” support so parents can sleep after a long night.

I am generally available most days between 6:30am and 10:00pm, scheduled at times that are most supportive to the family.

Care Package Options

Gifted hours are typically structured as:

  • 9 Hours of Care
(Usually three 3-hour visits, though scheduling can be flexible.)

  • 18 Hours of Care
(Often divided into 3- or 4-hour visits.)

  • 36 Hours of Care
(Typically divided into multiple 3- or 4-hour visits.)

Visits are designed to provide meaningful rest and steady support - not rushed drop-ins.

A Personal Fit Matters

Postpartum doula care is deeply personal. It is important that the new mother feels completely comfortable with the person supporting her during this tender time.

You are welcome to arrange a brief Zoom introduction before purchasing.
If you prefer, we will gladly schedule one as her due date approaches.

If, for any reason, she feels that I am not the right fit for her postpartum care, a full refund will be issued.

Because the most powerful gift you can give a new mother
is not more things.

It is the space to heal.

The space to sleep.

The space to be held while she learns to hold her baby.
